In line with this, we have seen the Chinese smartphone vendor push out new devices aimed at appealing to various niches in the local smartphone market. Most recently, we saw the unveiling of the Vivo V20, a camera-centric option that wouldn’t exactly break the bank. You can learn more on that device here. Keeping with the same pace, Vivo is introducing yet another offer into the Kenyan market in form of the Vivo Y20s (not to be confused with the Vivo Y20 we saw back in November). Luckily, the devices are awfully similar in specs as evident from the specsheet below. In the device’s release statement, vivo Smartphone Kenya Brand and Communications Manager, James Irungu had this to say about the Y20s: The Vivo Y20s comes to join the other Vivo Y-Series devices we have seen launched in the Kenyan market in recent times, including the Vivo Y12s and the Vivo Y20. The higher tier Vivo V-series also has a bunch of options for users in Kenya including the Vivo V19, Vivo V20, and the now-aging Vivo V17 Pro.
