Kcb Group In Planned 3 Day Shutdown To Facilitate Core Banking System Upgrade

Throughout the planned system upgrade, only over-the-counter banking services alone will be affected. ATM services will still be operational for cash withdrawals. The following will be available for customers in Kenya:

ATM and Mobile banking *522# and App (Balance enquiries, Transfer from KCB to M-PESA and Cash Withdrawals (ATM); Point of Sale (POS) Payments; KCB M-PESA (Balance enquiries, transfers from bank to M-PESA).
